The Mercedes-Benz Experience Center (MB.EC) aims to deliver a world-class luxury customer experience by connecting all marketing departments and functions. This holistic program ensures a unified voice, efficient delivery, capability enhancement, and supports efficiency targets. With expertise in CRM?activation, campaign playbooks, global Taxonomy operations and?data?products (OneDNA) we play a key role in achieving the goal in the MB.EC.
You will work in close collaboration between global and regional marketing experts, with the main goal of supporting the Program Management of the MB.EC, global Taxonomy operations and Global Playbooks.
From your new role, you can expect:
- High involvement and responsibility for preparation and participation in workshops (e.g., topic specific presentations and brainstorming boards)
- You will support the implementation of the Program Management of the Experience Center in collaboration with our agency and internal stakeholders
- You will support in further developing the global Taxonomy Operations process
- Independent, content-related collaboration with the defined Swarms/Initiatives
- Analysis and creation?of report for the steering of the program

- Freedom of design and short decision-making processes
- Support the team for Global Playbook projects, presentations & workshops

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Communication, Business Informatics, or a comparable course of study
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of German
- Excellent handling of MS Office?(especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mural) is an advantage
- A high degree of teamwork, initiative, and reliability
- Willingness to learn and work in the context of various business issues
- Being self-motivated and organized with a desire to learn and provide your ideas on business process improvements
