Your Responsibilities:
- Successful candidates will work under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Florian Weigert on research projects in Asset Pricing, Investments, Behavioral Finance, Financial Risk Management, or Financial Technology
- Participation in the Ph.D. program of the TUM School of Management
- Support the teaching activities of the Chair of Digital Finance
- Work on third-party funded projects

Requirements
- Candidates should have completed (or are completing) a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Management/Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Information Systems
- Superior academic track record
- Enthusiasm for conducting high-quality and innovative empirical research in Asset Pricing, Investments, Behavioral Finance, Financial Risk Management, or Financial Technology
- Strong statistical training and quantitative research methods; profound knowledge in machine learning techniques is an advantage
- Experience with programming languages, such as R, Python, or Stata
- Excellent English language skills; German language skills are an advantage
