Your tasks:
- Scientific coordination of a DLR-funded collaborative project, in particular coordination of the inter-university cooperation between the University of Heidelberg, the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, the University of Bonn and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich
- Development of deeper learning units on the topic of diversity in a multi-professional team
- Development of accompanying materials for teachers
- Qualitative effectiveness research on Deeper Learning as well as project-related research
- Support for schools within the framework of effectiveness research
- Preparation of scientific publications within the project team and as part of one's own qualification project.

Remuneration is based on the TV-L pay scale. The position is generally suitable for job sharing.
Requirements
- Master of Education, Master's degree in Educational Science or Psychology, or comparable degree; Alternatively: Successfully completed doctorate in one of the subjects
- Willingness and ability to work independently in a scientific capacity within a cooperative project team
- Willingness to undertake project-related business trips
- Teamwork, communication skills and willingness to learn within a team
- Prior knowledge in project management and in the research field of diversity is an advantage.
