RWTH offers fellowships and travel grants to support research stays of doctoral candidates and postdocs from strategically relevant international universities or research institutions. Funding is provided by the Excellence Strategy of the German federal and state governments.
The goal of the Adva
The International Office awards the Equal Opportunity Scholarship via the DAAD’s STIBET I Program, which is funded by the Federal Foreign Office. The scholarship is intended for international students who have extenuating circumstances during their studies.
During the 2014/2015 funding period, the Ließem Foundation participated in the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship program. Since the 2015/2016 winter semester, the Ließem Foundation has supported up to 10 students with its own Ließem scholarship.
Universität Hamburg assists its international students in successfully completing their degrees with degree completion grants.
International students studying in fee-based degree programs will not have priority in the selection procedure and cannot always be considered.
