RESPONSIBLE TASKS:
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary and international team
- Investigation of mechanisms of the immunology of the blood-brain barrier
- Focus on CSF and meningeal tissue
- Application of the following procedures:
- Multidimensional flow cytometry
- Animal models
- Single-cell/single-nucleus transcriptomics
- Integration into the Biology in Context Core Unit

Requirements
- Experience with methods and concepts of cellular immunology
- Experience with multidimensional flow cytometry and/or sorters
- Knowledge of single-cell or spatial transcriptomics methods is desirable.
- Motivation, willingness to learn and team spirit
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, reliability and flexibility
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- German language skills are not required.
This is a position in the wet lab field, therefore applicants with a purely (bio-)informatics background will not be considered.
