Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels
- Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.

Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German and English in both written and spoken (Italian as a plus)
- strong communication skills
- excellent online/offline marketing skills
- Active, motivated team player; able to work independently
- PC skills with the MS Office package
