DHL Consulting is inviting applications for its 2027 Visiting Consultant Internship Program in Bonn, Germany. The programme offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on management consulting experience by supporting professional consultants on real client and business projects.

DHL Consulting works with different business units within DHL Group, helping organisations develop business strategies, improve operational structures, explore innovative business models and implement digital transformation initiatives.

As a Visiting Consultant, you will become an active member of a project team, contribute to daily consulting activities and gain exposure to strategic decision-making. You will also receive regular feedback, learn from experienced consultants and participate in sessions where senior professionals share insights from previous projects.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Master’s degree program at a university or in a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s studies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Outstanding academic and professional records
• Fluency in English is essential (no German language skills are required)
• First international experience gained through studies or internships abroad
• Previous internships in strategic or management consultancy areas of advantage
• Team spirit and an open mind
