BMW Group Fastlane Master's Scholarship Programme 2027

The BMW Group is inviting applications to its Fastlane Master's Programme, designed for talented Master's students in selected technical fields who want to combine advanced academic studies with practical industry experience.

Selected scholars receive financial support throughout the programme, gain hands-on experience across different BMW departments, work with experienced mentors and complete a Master's thesis connected to practical industry challenges.

Requirements

What professional background do you have?

• STEM studies , e.g., computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, electrical and information engineering, mechanical engineering, e-mobility, digitalization management, industrial engineering or industrial informatics (remaining standard period of study in the Master's program from the start of the program at least 18 months ).
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in at least one of these areas (e.g. through studies, internships, research projects, working student positions):
  • Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning & Robotics.
  • Cloud-native Softwareplattformen, Cybersecurity & DevOps.
  • Next-generation battery technologies & industrial cell manufacturing.
  • Intelligent production and system technologies.
  • Sustainability, especially the circular economy.

What personal skills do you bring to the table?

• Enthusiasm  for new technologies, digital products and the future of mobility.
• Problem understanding and solution-oriented thinking.
• Very good German and good English skills .
• Commitment or awareness of sustainable development and innovation .
