University of Freiburg Development of New Catalysts PhD Scholarship 2025

The Naumann Group currently offers a position for a doctoral student on the topic of "Development of New Catalysts for Polyurethane-Type Coatings". This project has a high scientific and economic relevance. The prospective PhD student will have the opportunity to interact with a leading international company and will have access to state of the art synthetic/analytic equipment. Apart from designing and conducting chemical experiments, also the preparation of publications/patents will be part of the job.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in chemistry or a closely related field

• Good English skills (writing & presenting your results), German skills are optional but certainly advantageous
