2025 Scholarships for Research or Study Visits at TU Berlin

ENHANCE offers master’s and doctoral students at its partner universities the opportunity to spend a study or research period at another partner institution. This means TU Berlin master’s and doctoral students can apply to receive funding for a study or research stay within our ENHANCE network and vice versa.

Benefits

Study or research stays undertaken within a master’s program or doctorate are supported with a scholarship for 1 to 3 months.

Master’s students receive a grant of 934 EUR per month, doctoral students 1200 EUR per month.

In addition, a travel allowance of 250 EUR is paid for the outward and return journey.

Requirements

• For master’s students: enrollment in a master's program at TU Berlin or an ENHANCE partner university
• For doctoral students: enrollment as a doctoral student at TU Berlin or employment as a doctoral student at TU Berlin or an ENHANCE partner university
• Confirmation of supervision at the partner university and TU Berlin
• Simultaneous funding by other scholarships or grants is not possible.
