The Hertie School Impact Scholarship 2027

The Social Impact Scholarship is designed for ambitious leaders applying to the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) at Hertie School in Berlin.

It is aimed at applicants with a strong vision for the greater good, particularly those who have been involved in or are developing social impact projects and want to strengthen their ability to turn those ideas into successful initiatives.

• Executive MPA applicants with a broad vision for the greater good are encouraged to apply for the Social Impact Scholarship. This scholarship is designed for leaders who depend on the advanced skill set provided by the Executive MPA to bring their social impact projects to success.

Application Documents

• For the Social Impact Scholarship, write a one-page letter detailing a social project you envision or been involved with, and explaining how the Executive MPA will contribute to its successful implementation.

Application Deadline

How To Apply

• First, submit a standard application to the Executive MPA programme.
  
  Your application for admission to a master’s programme must be submitted by the Early Bird deadline (1 December) or Priority Deadline (1 May).
• After receiving an admission offer, you will be invited to access the Funding Application. You will have two weeks to apply for scholarships.

• You may not apply for scholarships until after being admitted to a programme. You may only apply to one full scholarship per year.
