Your responsibilities
- scientific service in research in the field of bioinorganic chemistry: activation of small molecules, catalysis, and spectroscopy
- writing scientific publications
- supervising students in bachelor’s and master’s theses
- supervising students in seminars and internships
- tasks for personal scientific qualification (doctorate)

Requirements
- completed scientific university degree in chemistry with proven experience in advanced complex chemistry and ligand synthesis
- preferably a doctoral project in the research field of the professorship
- desirable: extensive knowledge and practical experience with the required spectroscopic analysis methods (NMR, Raman, Mössbauer, X-ray crystallography, ESI-MS, UV-VIS, EPR)
- very good knowledge of German and English required (at least B2)
- basic understanding of knowledge transfer desirable
- independent, structured, and creative way of working, ability to work in a team
