Within the framework of the DIAS (Dialogue-based Assessment) research project, you will develop an innovative AI-based analysis application for occupational health and safety. The aim is to capture psychological stress factors in the workplace using natural language dialogues based on large language models (LLMs).

Requirements
- You have a completed academic university degree (Master's or equivalent) in computer science, data science or a related field, preferably from a university.
- They are enthusiastic about new, complex topics in the field of data analysis using modern AI methods and are interested in fundamental research as well as the scientifically sound examination of issues.
- They possess in-depth knowledge in the field of machine learning and, if applicable, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- They have practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their adaptation (fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
- They possess advanced knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
- They possess a high degree of creativity and initiative.
- Your German and English skills, both spoken and written, are very good.
