Your Mission
- Gain cross-functional exposure to Product, Merchandising & Operations within the Global Go-To-Market (GTM) team
- Support seasonal GTM milestone meetings through planning, preparation, and coordination
- Take ownership of small projects and operational tasks to build accountability and presentation skills
- Contribute to content management and platform maintenance (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Assortment Tools)
- Help structure and update GTM tools and trackers to ensure information is clear, accurate, and accessible
- Develop structured thinking, business logic, and advanced Excel & PowerPoint capabilities
- Learn how large organizations manage workflows, priorities, and timelines
- Build a proactive, reliable, and team-oriented work approach in a fast-paced, global environment

Requirements
- Enrolled student for the whole period of the internship, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Advanced user knowledge in MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI a plus, familiar with working with databases
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German a plus
- Team Player mentality with the ability to work independently as well
- Ability to multi-task and to support a diverse team of Merchandising experts
- Organizational talent with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Starting date: 01.09.2025; duration: 6 months
