Your tasks
- Analysis of molecular genetic data and reporting within the framework of routine molecular pathology diagnostics
- Supporting and independently managing translational research projects
- Participation in interdisciplinary tumor boards (MTB)

Requirements
- Completed university degree in a natural science (e.g., biology, molecular medicine, molecular biology) and doctorate
- 1-2 years of experience in molecular pathology and/or translational cancer research
- NGS experience: Panel sequencing, whole-exome sequencing (WES) and/or high-throughput gene expression analysis
- Experience in the analysis of high-dimensional data in diagnostics and research
- Basic knowledge of robotics, bioinformatics and the R programming language is advantageous.
- German language skills at level C1
- English language skills for writing scientific texts and presentations
- Safe use of Microsoft Office
- Strong teamwork skills, independence, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Mobility (the work takes place in different laboratories and initially also in different buildings on the Neuenheimer Feld campus)
