The Chair of Real Estate Development (Prof. Dr. Bing Zhu), within the Integrated Center for Building and Real Estate (iCBI), is seeking to fill a position for a Research Associate on a fixed-term contract of 36 months (TV-L E13, 100% position), starting immediately. The opportunity to pursue a doctorate is available and encouraged. Planned research topics lie in the areas of sustainable real estate development and affordable housing.

Requirements
We are looking for...
- communicative, reliable, and inquisitive team players,
- with enthusiasm for and interest in research and teaching, and with an above-average university degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, business administration, or a related field,
- with knowledge of statistics and statistical software programs (e.g., MATLAB, Stata, or R)
- with very good German and English skills and excellent analytical abilities
- and in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- real estate investment and financing;
- housing market and real estate economics;
- urban economics, macroeconomics, microeconomics.
