The Institute for Sustainable Technologies (Inatech) at the University of Freiburg is a partnership between the University of Freiburg and the five Fraunhofer Institutes in Freiburg. The planned work will be based at Inatech and carried out in close cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE.

Requirements
- You have a completed university degree (Master's) in physics or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the physics of semiconductors and electrical measurement technology.
- You plan and complete tasks independently and with high quality.
- You find it easy to develop innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
- You are generally willing to develop an application for a doctoral scholarship together with us.
- You can certainly express yourself in both German and English.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Outlook.
