The successful candidates will work on the project “Tackling implementation: Sustainability practices and fields of action from a societal perspective”. The project investigates how implementation of sustainability efforts can be assessed in terms of its potential with regard to resource economy and (one) health.

Requirements
- An excellent MSc degree in agricultural economics, economics, psychology or related field
- Experience with quantitative research methods and statistical software (eg, R, stata)
- Experience with qualitative research methods and statistical software (eg MaxQDA)
- Interest in and knowledge about agriculture and food systems in Germany (or the EU)
- Willingness to engage in communication with farmers, civil society and other stakeholders
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken); German language skills are indispensable
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
