In the Sound Exterior, Sensors & Communication team, we develop sound and acoustic customer experiences and best-in-class features. Our motivation comes from the beaming faces of our customers. Together with our partners from vehicle development, component development, software/MB.OS development, UI/UX, sales, product areas, and many other departments, we create experiences, systems, and products for the vehicles of tomorrow. To this end, we are expanding our team and are looking for motivated students who are passionate about implementing acoustic and cross-functional customer features.
These are some of the challenges you will face, and you can actively help shape them:
- Support in the control and development of sound components, systems and functions in the overall vehicle
- Support with the specification, testing and release of features, as well as maturity level reporting
- Establishment and further development of the working model for sound development
- Development of demonstrators to showcase the tangible functions and support decision-making processes
- Developing modern methods and procedures for designing customer experiences and implementing innovations
- Building and maintaining an efficient, cross-functional partner network, both internally and externally
- Support in representing customer functions
The activity can begin from May 2026.

Requirements
- Degree program in sound, audio engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of automotive engineering and project management
- Experience in developing software projects
- Experience in user interaction or a comparable, customer-focused field of activity
- Experience in emotional product design
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident use of MS Office
- Commitment and teamwork
- Analytical thinking and strategic working methods
