As part of your internship, you will support the central Sales Operations team at Mercedes-Benz Members in Sindelfingen, which is responsible for equipping our sales teams with the right operational processes, technical tools, and comprehensive performance information.
These are the challenges you face:
- Project collaboration in the field of digitalization & automation
- Operational activities in the support team
- Collaboration on the further development of reporting & monitoring
- Support in the further development of our customer contact channels such as writing user stories and testing
- Participation in projects for process optimization and standardization

Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree in economics or a comparable field of study
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Analytical and conceptual skills, strategic working methods, customer orientation, teamwork skills, affinity to the automotive industry and sales
- Other: Class B driving license
