The MO/PSCV department is responsible for operational transmission logistics at the Hedelfingen site. The Production Supply and Supply Chain Management team (logistics service provider) is responsible for the timely supply of materials for transmission and battery assembly and production, as well as the shipping of transmission parts to our sister plant in Sebes (Romania). Supporting and managing supply chain management, cost controlling, and operational management of production and assembly are part of our core responsibilities. If you're passionate about the complexity of logistics processes within a production network, and supply chain management is more than just a buzzword for you, then you've come to the right place.
Your tasks include:
- Support of production supply and parts shipping NAG3 9-speed automatic transmission and the 8-speed dual-clutch transmission
- Support in process analysis and documentation
- Creating standard worksheets, process descriptions, etc.
- Evaluating and analyzing key performance indicators to measure logistics performance
- Participation in the further development of logistics processes
- Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
The mandatory internship can begin in February 2026.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program (preferably with a focus on logistics)
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Communication and teamwork skills, quick comprehension and understanding of complex processes, analytical thinking, flexibility,
- Resilience and organizational skills
