We at the Integrity Program & IL Training department use our expertise to ensure that integrity is permanently embedded within the company. Our goal is to contribute to risk reduction and reputation enhancement within our company through a shared understanding of integrity. Together with our partners, we develop innovative and employee-oriented solutions that promote a culture of integrity at Mercedes.
The following tasks and topics will be dealt with during your internship, among others:
Accompanying and supporting national and international initiatives on integrity activities:
- Collaboration and support in project management of national and international project groups
- Development of creative integrity products/formats (e.g. Escape Room) together with employees from various business units of the comprehensive integrity network
- Collaboration in the conception, design and implementation of communication measures within the initiative, both digital and analogue, in a national and international context
- Participation in the design and implementation of a working group at the Mercedes-Benz Sustainability Dialogue 2025
- Participation in the organization and implementation of internal meetings, workshops, as well as the preparation of presentation materials for the Integrity Network, committees, etc. in board areas
The compulsory internship can begin from October / November 2025.

Requirements
- You are currently studying a degree with a focus on communication sciences, psychology, social sciences, business administration, economics, sustainability management or a comparable course of study
- You bring your very good English skills to bear in international cooperation
- You are familiar with the use of MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with a wide variety of digital platforms (project management, databases) and enjoy helping to shape them
- You work in a structured and transparent manner, especially in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
- You enjoy contributing new ideas and concepts that we can incorporate into our integrity activities
- Are you characterized by a quick grasp, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and the ability to work in a team?
