- Active participation in one of our data-driven project teams??
- Participation in the development of digital solutions and support in managing external development partners?
- Design and implementation of appropriate change management measures for rollouts of digital solutions?
- Participation in the creation and conception of important decision-making documents and workshop formats?
- Support in the development of data models & dashboards (Power BI)

Requirements
- Degree program (preferred) in economics, engineering or a similar field?
- Basic understanding of business contexts and ideally initial experience in change management?
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint?
- First experience in an agile working environment
- Initial experience with Power BI is an advantage (DAX and M)?
- Initiative, reliability, quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills are part of your personality?
- Fun at work and a pinch of humor??
