Requirements
- Degree in economics, social sciences or a comparable degree program with a focus on human resources management
- Compulsory internship according to study regulations
- Ideally, initial experience in the HR environment
- Confident written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Communicative team player and able to work on topics in a structured, independent and self-responsible manner
- Organizational talent that brings new ideas through creativity
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and passion for HR topics
