Our HR Operations team currently consists of 18 HR managers and two team leaders who work together as a team. We work as a team, value short lines of communication, and a quick, uncomplicated exchange of information.

Your tasks at a glance:
- Initiation and coordination of personnel measures
- Organization of assessment centers and interviews
- Participation in advising on personnel-related issues for managers, employees and applicants
- Preparation of documents, presentations, evaluations and statistics
- Participation in HR projects
- Insight into key topics such as remuneration and personnel development
The mandatory internship can begin on October 1, 2025, but a later start is possible. Duration: 6 months

Requirements
- Degree in economics (preferably with a focus on human resources management) or comparable degree program
- Initial practical experience in the human resources field is desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Commitment and teamwork
- Analytical thinking and strategic working methods
