Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Communication Management: You will support our experienced team in comprehensive customer communication via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, as well as in processing bookings and reservations.
• Content Management: You will create valuable content about our trips (descriptions, FAQs, images, landing pages).
• SEO Management: You will write and maintain SEO-optimized texts. You will independently integrate the created content into our internal system and WordPress.
• Digital Marketing: You will support our team in creating and managing social media content and analyzing performance.
• Key Account Management: You will manage our cooperation partners. You will act as the interface between our customers and partners, ensuring that the needs of both parties are met.
• Business Development: After an introductory phase, you will expand our product range and identify new cooperation partners for children's and youth travel.

Requirements

• Ideally, you have a background/degree in tourism or the humanities.
• You are a talented communicator and possess cross-cultural skills.
• You work on a task in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You are a reliable contact person and adhere to agreements and deadlines.
• You have knowledge of Austria and/or Switzerland.
• You are looking for a voluntary or mandatory internship.
• Duration of at least 3 months, longer is possible (e.g., 4, 5, or 6 months).
• Bonus point: You have already been to a summer camp – as a child or as a supervisor.
