Your tasks and responsibilities
- Communication Management: You will support our experienced team in advising on and selling language trips (phone, email, chat), as well as in processing bookings.
- Account Management: You will support our partner schools and act as the interface between our customers and the schools, ensuring the needs of both parties are met.
- Booking & Billing Management: You will monitor our partner schools' billing, independently create customer invoices, and ensure correct bookings.
- Content Management: You will create valuable content for our trips (descriptions, landing pages, images) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Digital Marketing Management: You will manage all relevant online marketing channels (SEO, paid, social) and analyze campaigns using professional tracking and analysis tools.

- Ideally, you have a background/degree in tourism or the humanities.
