- They possess German language skills at least at C1 level and very good English language skills.

- They are agile, work proactively, and possess organizational talent.
- Careful communication, a confident demeanor, respectful behavior, and a good tone within the team and with partners in Germany and abroad are a matter of course for you.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
- Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
