Free University of Berlin Eva Wolzendorf Scholarship 2026

The scholarship fund is aimed at financially disadvantaged German-born Master's students with above-average academic performance or exceptional aptitude in their field of study. The fund is a legacy of Eva Wolzendorf, a senior high school teacher and former mathematics and biology teacher at the Steglitz Gymnasium, who bequeathed her assets to the Free University of Berlin for this purpose.

Benefits

• Supports scholarship recipients for two semesters with a stipend based on the BAföG rate. Funding can be extended by another semester if the student aims to complete their studies within the funding period.

The following documents must be attached to the informal application:

• Curriculum vitae in tabular form with details of previous studies
• valid certificate of enrollment
• Presentation and proof of assets and income
• Proof of completion of basic studies (preliminary diploma examination/intermediate examination) or a Bachelor's degree
