In addition to our core business of football, we operate in numerous other business areas. Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA acts as the holding company for seven subsidiaries. BVB Fußballakademie GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the publicly listed Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, operating internationally and located at the former training center of the professional team in Dortmund. A central approach is the promotion and development of children aged 4 to 12. Furthermore, BVB Fußballakademie GmbH provides national and international access to BVB through a wide range of grassroots sports. BVB Fußballakademie GmbH also supports elementary schools in Dortmund in conducting physical education classes specializing in ball sports. For BVB Fußballakademie GmbH, we are seeking an intern (m/f/d) for the BVB Fußballakademie Back Office as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing telephone and written orders and inquiries from parents
• Independent supervision and care of course participants
• Ensuring the smooth running of holiday courses and other course models
• Close collaboration and coordination with internal departments, such as logistics
• Receiving and storing course materials
• Compiling, packing, and shipping orders
• Planning and implementing events
• Administrative support in managing the vehicle fleet

• High level of customer and service orientation, as well as enjoyment of working with children and young people
• Excellent language skills and confident communication in German and English
• Independent and structured working style

• Good knowledge of MS Office
