What awaits you?

• You will support a comprehensive literature review of existing approaches and methods for evaluating AI decisions.
• You will also contribute to the analysis of current decision-making processes in the Connected Company Gate model.
• In addition, you will contribute to the development of an innovative framework for evaluating the transparency, traceability, and efficiency of AI-supported decisions.
• You will also support the application of the framework to specific projects in the Connected Company context.
• You will contribute to the critical reflection of the results and derive practical recommendations for action.

Requirements

• Studies in business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable course of study.
• Enthusiasm for AI, decision models and process-related evaluation.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation methods.
• Structured, analytical thinking and motivation to support scientific work.
• Ideally, initial experience in digitalization or process management.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
