The role supports the planning and organisation of leadership-development programmes, seminar management, communication campaigns and day-to-day coordination with training institutes and participants.

Requirements

• Advanced studies in business administration, economic psychology, communication science, or a comparable field of study.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Enjoyment of organization, communication and independent work, as well as teamwork and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking skills and goal-orientation.
• A passion for innovation and initiative.
• You will contribute your structured work skills to the strategic planning of our new leadership landscape.
