What can you expect?

• You will support the creative conception and implementation of educational and transformation formats with a focus on AI & digitalization – both analog, digital and hybrid.
• You will manage and further develop the digital learning portfolio with a focus on innovative learning formats.
• You will be involved in the conception and creation of communication and training materials as well as presentations.
• You support the implementation and support of change initiatives and transformation processes within the organization.
• With your contribution, you will help to collect, analyze and evaluate key figures.
• You contribute to the conception and creation of media files such as banners and podcasts.

Requirements

• Studies in (business) psychology, education, business administration or communication sciences or a comparable course of study.
• IT affinity and confident use of MS Office.
• Communication skills and enjoyment in presenting and moderating complex content.
• Willingness to support projects and strong organizational skills.
• Quality awareness.
• Confident use of common media tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent German.
