The BMW Group are offering you an exciting internship in the Future Lab of BMW Group IT. You will support our team in organizing interactive workshops and events, help design technology presentations, and actively contribute to the further development of our innovation space.

What awaits you?

• You will support the commercial administration of the Future Lab, particularly in the organization of events, workshops, and exhibitions.
• You will also be involved in communication and marketing activities to increase the visibility of the Future Lab and work specifically with relevant stakeholders.
• In addition, you will contribute to budget planning and monitoring for ongoing projects.
• You will also coordinate external service providers and suppliers in the spatial development and conception of new showcases.
• You will support the establishment and maintenance of collaborations for the joint planning and implementation of events.
• You will also be involved in the planning and implementation of projects, including documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Studies in business administration, event management, marketing, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
• Initial experience in project management and event organization is an advantage.
• Strong interest in technologies and their business applications.
• Structured thinking and high degree of initiative.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
