BMW Intern in Further Education 2025

The BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in continuing education at our Munich location. You will support the BMW Group Academy in the development and implementation of innovative training programs in production technology.

What awaits you?

• You will support our team in analyzing training needs and assist in developing qualification concepts.
• You will also be involved in the implementation of training measures and gain insights into in-company training at BMW.
• In addition, you will support the regular updating of our training portfolio.
• You will also contribute to the collaboration with educational product managers, internal departments, and external partners for the further development of educational products.
• Your responsibilities will also include providing content and organizational support in the conception of new qualification formats.

Requirements

• Studies in industrial engineering, economics, education or a comparable course of study.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Team and communication skills.
• You provide proactive and reliable support in all tasks.
• Fluent German and English skills.
