• You support our team in managing, planning, and integrating processes and data.
• You will also be involved in the development and implementation of digitalization strategies to make our production processes more efficient and intelligent.
• In addition, you will be involved in the conception, planning, implementation and follow-up of employee and management events, workshops and departmental development processes.
• In addition, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions in a coordinated manner within the agile team and help to advance these solutions.
• You will support the independent processing of tasks and receive regular feedback from your contact person.

Requirements

• Studies in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
• Ideally, initial practical experience in project management and strong communication skills.
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good knowledge of German.
