The BMW Group offer you an exciting and varied internship in Human Resources. Our team shapes the strategic direction and further development of Idea Management worldwide. During your internship, you will actively participate in innovative processes and support us in creating a premium ideation experience.

What awaits you?

• You will support our team in developing the next level of BMW idea management.
• You will also be involved in close collaboration with various departments, from development to production and sales.
• In addition, you will be involved in advising on the idea management process and supporting communication campaigns, e.g. on sustainability or competitions.
• You will also assist with the administrative processing of submitted ideas, their completion and cross-location transfer, as well as with managing the network of idea management consultants.
• You will support current projects, e.g. by preparing presentations, participating in team meetings, preparing events, workshops and committees.
• You will also be involved in international support for idea management in Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Hungary, and the USA.
• In addition, you will support the neighboring teams Working Time, Work Organization, and ConnectedWorks with analyses, studies, and drafts on the vision of collaboration in the future.

Requirements

• Studies in business psychology, economics or a comparable course of study.
• Studying in the second half of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Enjoyment of innovations and future-oriented questions.
• Fluent German and English skills.
