The BMW Group, offer you an exciting and varied internship in Container Management. Our team uses innovative solutions to ensure efficient logistics processes within the BMW Group. During your internship, you will support us in complaint processing, inventory coordination, and the further development of our Container Management System (CMS) – thus making an important contribution to the optimization of our global supply chains.

What awaits you?

• You will support analyses and evaluations, prepare minutes, and moderate project and department meetings.
• You will also participate in process analyses, support the optimization of annual inventory quotas, and coordinate improvements with various interface partners.
• In addition, you will gain diverse insights into various BMW locations and support our team in a variety of tasks – including participating in exchanges with other interns.
• You will also support the preparation and creation of templates, document results, and utilize BMW tools, SAP, and external cloud systems (CMS).
• You support the sub-project managers and key users in project management, evaluations, troubleshooting, and monitoring and reporting KPIs.
• You will support the independent processing of tasks and receive regular feedback from your contact person.

Requirements

• Studies in economics, business administration or a comparable course of study.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for analysis and monitoring.
• Team and communication skills.
• Structured way of working.
• Self-initiative.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
