What awaits you?

• As part of your role, you will support our team in operational work in the areas of personnel management and personnel development.
• You will assist our HR specialists in the design, participation, and evaluation of personnel interviews, such as disciplinary interviews or personnel development interviews.
• You will also support our department in personnel evaluations, the creation of presentations, and various projects, such as employee surveys or the design of training courses for managers.
• You will also be involved in processing individual personnel-related measures, such as transfers or secondments abroad. You will be in close contact with the works council, management, and employees.
• Participation in information events, team meetings and seminars rounds off your diverse range of tasks.

Requirements

• Studies in business administration, education, psychology, commercial law or a comparable course of study.
• First practical experience in human resources.
• Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Class B driving license.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Analytical thinking skills.
