During your internship, you will support us in implementing innovative recruiting and student marketing measures at the Dingolfing site and gain valuable insights into talent development.

What can you expect?

• You will support our recruiting team in organizing and conducting the selection process for trainees.
• Furthermore, you will be involved in the continuous support of the selection process and actively participate in communication with applicants and vocational training.
• Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation and organization of the student internship.
• In addition, you will contribute in a coordinated manner to tasks in the areas of office organization, communication and the daily business of our team.
• Your range of tasks includes organizing and conducting internal and external events and trade fairs for students and parents.

Requirements

• Studies in business administration, sociology, communication studies, psychology or a comparable field of study.
• Prior practical experience in human resources is desirable.
• Safe use of Office 365 / Microsoft 365.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Organizational talent, analytical skills and a confident demeanor.
• Driving licence class B.
• Fluent German skills.
