BMW Group HR Services Intern 2026

Become part of the team at the BMW Group plant in Steyr in the human resources department as part of an internship.

What can you expect?

• You will be responsible for maintaining and recording employee data in SAP HR, ensuring that all information remains up-to-date.
• You create employment certificates, work confirmations and other documents using templates.
• You will support the HR services team in their daily work, answering employee inquiries quickly and competently.
• You write instructions and process descriptions to ensure clear and comprehensible workflows within the team.
• Together with the team, you will contribute to the optimization of processes in order to make workflows more efficient.
• Furthermore, you actively contribute to the automation and digitalization of HR processes.

The gross monthly salary for this internship position is EUR 2,747.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a degree program at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a focus on economics, social sciences, law, business administration, management, business informatics or a similar HR topic.
• Prior experience in human resources and social services is an advantage.
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
• You impress with your friendly demeanor, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
