BMW Group HR Management and Leadership Partner Team Intern 2026

The Leadership Partner Team at the BMW Group's Dingolfing plant is the first point of contact for managers and their delegates. We advise and support both new and established managers in their leadership tasks and ensure their effectiveness. We proactively contribute to the operational implementation of the HR strategy into concrete measures and support managers with all HR-related challenges.

What can you expect?

• You will support the Leadership Partner Team in a variety of HR topics such as advising managers on disciplinary leadership, personnel development, health management, recruiting, onboarding, compensation and time management.
• Furthermore, you will participate in the independent implementation of defined tasks related to various HR topics and receive regular feedback from your mentor.
• In addition, you will assist with order processing and the coordination of operational HR topics.
• Furthermore, you are the contact person for the works council and all managers of the department you are responsible for.
• You will also assist in creating evaluations, preparing data, and conducting analyses for process optimization.
• Furthermore, you will gain insight into diverse topics within human resources and the specialist departments to be supported.

Requirements

• Studies in humanities, business administration or law with a focus on human resources or similar.
• Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Initiative and enthusiasm for implementing individual personnel processes.
• Friendly and open manner, as well as enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Fluent German skills.
