BMW Group HR Intern for Event Management and Trade Fairs 2026

The team at the BMW Group designs innovative recruiting events and trade fairs to promote employer attractiveness throughout Germany. During your internship, you will actively participate in the organization and implementation of these events.

What can you expect?

• You will support our team in the strategic planning, management and execution of recruiting events and trade fairs for various target groups throughout Germany.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to positioning the BMW Group as an employer at future events and coordinate cooperation with different departments.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the coordinated management of marketing funds and support close coordination with interface partners and suppliers.
• Furthermore, you will help to create the best possible trade fair appearance for the BMW Group and inspire target groups throughout Germany.
• You will support our team in coordinating events, planning events, evaluating events, and carrying them out on site.
• Furthermore, you have the opportunity to contribute your creative input and to participate hands-on from the initial ideas to the implementation.

Requirements

• Studies in economics, communication studies, humanities or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have initial practical experience in HR, event management, marketing, PR or communication.
• Ability to keep a cool head in critical situations and to provide efficient and solution-oriented support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
