The department at the BMW Group is responsible for experiential formats at BMW. Here, you'll gain exciting insights into the brand strategy and its diverse events within the Trade Fairs and Customer Events team.
What can you expect?
- You will assist in the planning and execution of international luxury events such as Concorso d'Este and Alpina launch events.
- Furthermore, you will be involved in the conception, organization, execution and follow-up of event formats both offline and online.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to close collaboration with various interface partners of the BMW Group, including brand communication and product management.
- In addition, you will help with the coordination of agencies and service providers, as well as with vehicle handling.
- You have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and thus create positive customer experiences together.

Requirements
- Studies in event management, business administration, economics, ideally with a focus on sales and marketing or similar.
- Second half of diploma/bachelor's degree program or master's degree program.
- Prior practical experience in marketing or event management is desirable.
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Teamwork and communication skills, as well as a passion for proactive collaboration.
- Organizational talent and initiative.
- Driving licence class B.
