BMW Group Educational Strategy Intern 2026

The team at the BMW Group develops the training strategy and oversees all training locations in Germany and abroad. We focus on the strategic development and implementation of standards in vocational training. You will contribute to how artificial intelligence and innovative learning concepts are integrated into our projects.

What can you expect?

• You will support our team and gain deep insights into the strategic development of BMW Group vocational training worldwide.
• You will also contribute to research on current trends, innovations and best practices in the education sector.
• In addition, you will assist in the design of communication materials and create concepts in corporate design.
• In addition, you will contribute to the development and design of a SharePoint platform and participate in pilot projects in the field of learning.
• You will support the independent processing of tasks and receive regular feedback from your contact person.

Requirements

• Studies in (business) psychology, human resource management, business administration, communication design, media studies or a comparable course of study.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Affinity for graphic design and communication.
• Creativity and interest in the international environment.
• Teamwork skills and initiative.
• Fluent German and English skills.
