The team at the BMW Group plant in Landshut is creating a sustainable working environment to maintain the health and performance of all employees throughout their working lives. We focus on behavioral ergonomics and develop measures related to ergonomics.
What can you expect?
- You will support our team in developing and implementing measures related to ergonomics.
- Furthermore, you will help organize the module "Promoting ergonomic behavior in the workplace and physical resources" in one of the aforementioned areas.
- In addition, you conduct ergonomic workplace training with employees and train ergonomics multipliers.
- In addition, you are the contact person for employees and managers and provide support for further measures related to health.
- You will also participate in other internal projects, for example to optimize workplace conditions in the foundry.
- Your responsibilities are rounded off by close collaboration with internal departments, especially health management.

Requirements
- Studies in training science, applied movement science, sports science or a comparable course of study.
- Second half of the diploma/bachelor's degree program or master's degree program.
- Knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system (e.g. training as a physiotherapist, fitness trainer A/B license) or comparable qualification.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Organizational talent and a proactive approach.
- Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Fluent German skills.
