2025 Agile Process Management Intern at BMW Germany

In this Powertrain IT team, you will help them gain practical experience with agile process management. You will contribute to the design and further development of IT solutions for our engine production and work closely with feature teams, Scrum Masters, and product owners.

• You support our team in organizing and conducting agile team meetings and workshops.
• You will also help prepare presentations for coordination with customers or BMW management.
• You will be involved in the conception, specification, and implementation of user stories in JIRA/Confluence.

The monthly gross salary for this internship position is EUR 2,709. 

Requirements

• You are enrolled at a university/university of applied sciences (ideally an advanced Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, economics, engineering or a comparable course of study).
• You have already gained initial practical experience in project or process management as well as in tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Knowledge of lean management, lean startup and agile working methods is an advantage.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• You have fluent German and English skills.
• Teamwork and analytical thinking skills are among your strengths.
