You are a future shaper with your heart in the right place and the drive to tackle things:
Your foundation: A completed Master's degree and/or PhD in (Bio-)Statistics or Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Data Science, Bioinformatics or a comparable field of study
Your experience: You have already gained some practical experience in biostatistics or data science - be it through internships, social engagement, part-time jobs or starting your own business.
Your mindset: You combine analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial "doer" mentality.
Your spirit: You are courageous, open, and have a genuine interest in sustainably improving the quality of life of patients.
Your communication skills: You inspire people with your ideas and communicate confidently in German and English.
First, we would like to get a first impression of you based on your current CV. The application deadline is May 11, 2026.
In the second step, we would like to get to know you as a person. For this, we will ask you questions which you will answer via video.
If your answers have convinced us, we will invite you to a one-day Get2Know event on June 23rd or 24th, 2026, at our campus in Grenzach. Here we would like to give you the opportunity to meet us and learn more about our current topics and our daily work.
The 360° Trainee Program starts on September 21, 2026 or April 1, 2027. The position is limited to 2 years.
