Benefits

• Contract: 3 years; Extension possible
• Remuneration: According to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L E13, 75%) with appropriate qualifications
• Doctoral support: Access to the TUM doctoral program as well as to external opportunities for continuous quantitative training (e.g. GSERM, ICPSR Michigan) and research stays abroad
• Working environment: Work in interdisciplinary teams and collaboration with leading international partners (e.g. University of Michigan, ESADE, ETH Zurich, Oxford, etc.)
• Start: January or February 2026 (flexible)

Requirements

- Excellent master's degree in business administration, psychology, or computer science
- Strong interest in marketing, psychology, new technologies, and decision-making processes
- Solid quantitative skills (R, Python, or STATA; experience with machine learning is an advantage)
- High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality, and the willingness to thrive in a competitive environment
- Willingness to learn AR/VR tools such as Unity, Blender, Unreal Engine, Xcode, etc.
- Very good English skills and strong communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
