Requirements
- Interest in public law issues from the research areas of the chair
- A law degree completed with at least a grade of "fully satisfactory" (First State Examination in Law or State Examination); you can apply even before the oral state examination, provided that results from the written part are already available.
- Professional qualifications in accordance with § 5 of the doctoral regulations of the Faculty of Law of the University of Regensburg in the version of November 24, 2015, last amended by statutes of June 15, 2020
